We recognize the beauty in online shopping is found in front of your own mirror, under your own lights, and in your own private time but, we also recognize that the process is not always seamless. It is our mission to make you feel as beautiful on the outside as we know you are on the inside. If we fell short this time around, please accept our sincerest apologies.
Returning or exchanging items...
As moms ourselves, we know time is precious and in the instance an item has arrived with flaws, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a return will be issued or exchange mailed as soon as possible. Please include the following information:
- Order Number
- Item flaw
Should you simply change your mind…
Please consider gifting the item(s) to another Mama. As with the Starbuck’s drive-thru line, a simple good deed has a long line of positive results. Please let us know if you choose this, and we will send you and the recipient a 10% discount code on your next purchase. Please provide you and the giftee’s email address in your email to us.
If you still wish to return the item...
All items will be charged a $10 restocking/shipping return fee. Please email us at email@example.com and we will email you a return shipping label. Once your item has been received you will receive a refund less the $10 restocking and shipping.
Should you have buyer’s remorse…
REMIND YOURSELF THERE IS NO ONE MORE DESERVING THAN A MOM. Keep the item and hashtag us on Instagram in your guilty pleasure; #noonemoredeservingthanamom and #aryanaclothing and we will email you a 10% discount code. You are our village and we want you to stay. Plus, you just deserve it.
Should you receive an item as a gift…
You will receive a gift certificate in return unless indicated that a refund be made to the original payment method. Also, WELCOME!
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We understand extenuating circumstances can occur. If that is the case, please email us and we will do our best to work with you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
